As a Koltaxi driver, You must be on time at the specified place and give reasonable notice to the hirer personally of the taxi's arrival. The driver must set the taximeter in motion when giving notice of the taxi's arrival at the specified place. The driver must start the engine and wait until the hirer comes out of the hotel or elsewhere where they have checked in. A driver shall not charge a fare more than the amount shown on the meter. However, if any extra services are offered to a passenger in front of the driver, he shall charge extra for those services.
